'Spring is bustin out all over' even on the monuments!

Spring time in Washington DC always includes the Cherry Blossom Festival.  We were fortunate enough to be in DC this year and enjoy the beauty!!  The cherry blossoms were all over many of the Monuments which are interesting to visit in them selves and I will share with you in a separate chapter.  But this chapter is reserved for the beauty of Spring.
