‘On the Road Again going places that we’ve never been, seeing things that we may never see again we're just glad to be on the road again' … After our hiatus of a long Austin visit we are back to our gypsy life!
We enjoyed our stay in Texas which
allowed us to have wonderful visits with family, who just happened to have a
new grandbaby for us!!; we had maintenance done on both the truck and RV …blah
blah blah!!! We are headed north but, of
course, won’t get out of Texas for two days, so our first stop will be the
Whistle Stop RV Park.
OK, we have made our 2nd
stop, a 2 night stay, at the Oasis RV Resort in Amarillo Texas.This resort was very nicely done. Wide roads and wide RV sites for both back in and pull thru sites. Beautiful grassy areas and a dog park as well as a nice dog run.
Since we stayed 2 nights we did some site seeing in the Amarillo area. The Cadillac Ranch is now located on private property very near our RV Resort having been moved from the original location near Denton Texas. As you can see the thing to do is spray paint graffiti all over the cars and the ground around them! Here are a few pics ….

So, this is a short chapter but I
needed to start again somewhere!! Don’t worry;
there will be more to come. They won’t
be in order since I’ve missed so much time but I really don’t think that will
matter.
