United States Air Force Academy
The
Air Force Academy was an awesome place to visit. The only thing that would have made the visit
100% better is having Cadets in attendance!
At the time of our visit school was out, the Cadets were gone and the
campus was empty! So sad! We were able to visit the B-52 Display, the
famous Cadet Chapel, the Honor Court - which contains bronze sculptures of
aviators and aircraft, and the Planetarium.
Other buildings typically available to tour were closed because school
was out!
The Cadet Chapel is one of the most distinctive buildings in the country. I’m sure you will recognize it when you view the photos below.
